GoPro Studio gives you plenty of useful editing tools in a really gorgeous package. It can go shot for shot with Final Cut Pro, Windows Movie Maker, and all of the other big names in the video editing world. The best part is that it's relatively easy to get started, so you can go right into your editing without needing a class on digital media.
GoPro Studio is a hefty download at 112MB. It requires QuickTime, as well, which makes it even tougher to get started if you have a slower Internet connection. To make up for the long setup process, Go Pro Studio gives you a video editor that's dripping with style. It features a gorgeous, intuitive layout that puts your video at center stage. It kicks you off with a tutorial in case you're new to video editing, but the program is streamlined enough that you might not need it. Though it's welcoming to beginners, the program doesn't slouch on features. It gives you plenty of control over how the video looks, with exposure, white balance, and a host of other image-editing tools. It includes some preset filters to give you a certain style with a press of the button, too. The program's timeline editing style isn't difficult to master, either. Though the program carries the name of the iconic camera, you won't need one to edit your videos.
You won't see a video-editing program that offers this much while still being incredibly easy to use very often. GoPro Studio stands tall against paid video editors in terms of features and good looks. It's no wonder that so many videos shot with GoPro cameras look so amazing!
